I have pursued Engineering in E&C and M. B. A in HR. Since I am a fresher, now I'm doing recruiter job in a outsourcing agency
I wanted to be a professional Hr, but as we all know its quite difficult to get HR position with mnc's
So my query is , if I do some certifications like sap Hr or HR generalist course would it be really helpful for my career growth? Please suggest me.

Dear Friend,
I can see your passion on HR career from your query. First of all, most of the freshers are getting hired from these kind of consultancies first time. It is not mandatory that you should get into an MNC to build your career. The thing you should grow up is your fire and passion on the same. The course you have mentioned above are good in HR career. I have been working with HR from two years and it is not a MNC though. I have got the platform to find my potential and grow up with the departmental growth. So get into a company where you can do a "generalist" role and give your best out there. You can surely become one good HR professional, if you find the fire inside you.
All the best..!!!
