hi ,am newly joined in retail industry as a HR.what are the minmun labour laws i shouldnkmow
as a retailer we must comply all existing laws
but some of the priorities are
shops & estabishment act
all acts related to salary - bonus/gratuity
all acts related to social welfare - epf/esi

hi sir,can u tell me what are those laws.so that i can search
1.Payment of Wages Act
2.Payment of Bonus act
3.Minimum wages act
4.EPF/ESI act
5.Maternity Benefit act
6.Gratuity act
These are most Important acts which hr should know to adhere...
