If an interviewer asks a question that what is 360 degree, then what should be the appropriate answer?
Hi i am confused with the term 360 degrees though there is a lot of stuff available on this site related to this term. as 360 degree is not specifically related to performance appraisal. there is 360degree branding 360degree advertising 360degree campaign etc. so if an interviewer asks a question that what is 360 degree then what should be the appropriate answer?

Hi friends i have been asked a question in hr interview. question is: if a permanent and efficient employee in a company comes and asks for every saturday he wanted holiday sunday is however regular holiday what would you answer and what would you do? company has 6 days working i.e. monday to saturday. it would be appreciable if anybody can tell me the right answer for this question. i tried to tell few answers but the interviewer was not convinced. thanks.

I am facing a lot of problems during my interview sessions. i am a b.tech and more than a year experience in it software developmentand later on i pursued my mba in hr and marketing. interviewer whenever asks me"why b.tech then job and then i usually tell them the truth of my life"i was not doing good at my programming skills and thought of making my career in management." then interviewer counter questions"why did you do b.tech at all then?" to which i reply"i wanted to do b.arch and did couldn t get a good rank in the same and did not want to waste my year so thought of doing b.tech as i got a good rank in b.tech." i have given the same answer in good brands and i am not selected. where am i wrong?shall i not tell the truth to the interviewer? second problem i face is the confidence.i clear 23 rounds which are taken by the junior level people.but no moment i am interviewed by vp i get nervous.i get conscious. please suggest?
