If your company employees want off on Saturday (probably on 10-Oct-2018) then you may think of having extra working hours on 04-Oct-2018 (Sun). If you do that then 10th October could be considered as compensatory off. Officially this is not permitted. However, you may keep labour officer informed to do this adjustment.
