Hi, Anyone please help me, Its urgent need a salary breakup for 30k pm.in hand salary.No PF ESI.

Basic
Dearness Allowance
HRA
CCA (Optional)
Conveyance (unavoidable)
Medical allowance or reimbursement (prescribe a limit as well)
Other allowances could be considered are :
Leave Travel (either allowance or reimbursement)
Project/Daily or Hardship allowance
Lunch allw.(if no canteen with subsidised rates are in practice)
Night shift allowance
Children Education Allowance
Special allowance (depending on requirement)
Uniform allowance
etc.
