Dear Sir,
There is one of the manufacturing company where working more then 60 employees as team member designation in different department and they are continuous asking for their proper designation as per work , qualification but employer is not offering proper designation.
So please guide for same and explain what is the benefit of employer for such designations.
what is to be done so that employer can provide the proper designation.

In your case the total manpower shall be divided into three categories broadly;
1) Officers and Managers - On rolls
2) Workers - On rolls and
3) Contract workers
The designations shall be identified based on your organisation requirement for the first and second type of manpower, starting from Trainee level to CEO with applicable Grade and Grade Structure.
The workers designations are entirely different to Officers and Managers and Grades and Grade Structure.
