I'm in a construction company having it's registered office at Delhi and corporate office at Gurgaon. We are working mainly in railway and Metro station construction. Our construction work is going in Delhi and Kolkata and also we have got a new project in Mumbai.
I've few questions regarding leave policy which is given below:
I want to know that if we want to draft a leave policy so,
1. Which act will be applicable on us (Factories act or Shops and establishment act).
2. As our work is going in three states and we have corporate office at Gurgaon (Haryana), so would we have to follow all four shops and establishment act namely; Shops and establishment act Kolkata, Shops and Establishment act Haryana, Shops and Establishment act Maharashtra and Shops and Establishment act Delhi.
Please suggest.
