Hi I am Anmol. i am working as an HR executive in an IT firm and an employee gave a resignation letter on mail without serving notice period and without completing bond of 1.5 year. My boss wants me to draft a letter. Please suggest me how to draft this kind of letter and what kind of actions can be taken against her as it's a breach of contract from her side. Thanks in advance
