I am in construction company (Station construction). So I want to know that what type of compliances my organisation have to fullfil except PF and ESI.

The minimum compliance checklist depend upon the number of employees and applicable acts.
Pls note some basic compliance:-
Bonus Act
Gratuity Act,
Maternity Benefit Act
Leave rules (as per applicable act whether S&E Act, Contract Labour Act etc.).
Sexual Harassment of Woman Act,
Minimum Wages Act,
Payment of Wages Act,
The Employees Compensation Act
CL (R&A) Act, 1970 or CL (R&A) Central Rule, 1971
Since yours is a construction company which undertake huge govt contract so CL (R&A) Act, 1970 also applicable to you. You must deploy huge manpower through many petty contractors, so have to take care about the commercial and legal agreements with the petty contractors and timely renewal of such agreements. You can check the statutory compliance of the petty contractors as well on monthly / quarterly basis.

Dear Sir,
There is stay of Supreme Court on application of ESI Act on the construction sites. Hence at present ESI Act is not applicable to construction workers at construction sites. There is a circular from ESIC on this subject for non applicability of the ESI scheme during the period stay from the apex court on construction industry.
