It is more than 50 days since i got relieved from my company and i had completed 4yrs 8 months and 20 days. my accounts manager said gratuity has been applied and he is awaiting it from lic. I need to understand whether i have to fill up and sign some forms to apply for gratuity or if the onus is on the employer to do it?
