Your establishment I believe , is covered under the Maharashtra Shops and Establishment Act/Rules. Therefore, the minimum wages that is Basic and Special Allowance declared for shop and commercial establishment will apply. Refer Maha Govt notification on Special Allowance for the period 1st June to 31st Dec 2018 on govt site for details.
