I had a doubt and seeking guidance in respect of query put in front of you by an example
Suppose an employee left organisation in 18.08.2018 without any information and joined another company on 19.08.2018. We have remitted his PF till 31.08.2018. In next month we get resignation from employee mentioning his Date of Resignation 18.08.2018, which later updated at our end on UAN portal.
Please suggest is this practice is correct, if not what will be the impact it will put on employee or an organisation? 28th September 2018 From India, Delhi
