I while working with pvt organisation for 1 year after which i askd my manager about my confirmation & my manager denied the same by saying my performance is enough to which i checked and came to know that all my business was transferred to my senior collegues to which i escalated the issue to my cluster head & also the HR head was present there. at that time they didnt say anything & transferred me to another branch & i was put to ER(kindly let me know about the meaning of the same) without any prior notice, later was indirectly getting force to resign and was getting harrassed by managers but i didnt react. but after too much of harrasment i reported the same to My Deputy md via mail & immidiately in next week my system was clossed down and i got my termination letter on my personal id. I asked them to give the same on my Official Id With Appropriate reason but they denied. later on pushing more they convinced me to resign & i did it (due to my Father's bad health) & getting done with the issue. My branch manager accepted my resignation letter & signed the same. later when i went again the next day he said my last day was done without my notice period i immiediately went to complain to senior authorities but there the HR head took away my id card. later i argued alot about appointment letter saying about 1 month notice period but they denied it. after that i have joined almost 10 organisation after getting selected but everywhere they asked me to leave immiediately without any reason.& got rejected at more than 50 co's the only reason they gave is integrty issue . now after this three years someone told me that they are showing me as absconded ( everything is verbal) what should i do. the only proof is that he has given me 5 different relieving letters. whenever i complained about other giving these vague reasons. i went to cops too there the hr personal himself told that i was termintaed which is again false.
