I am facing some issues with my last employer. Please find the below scenario.
I have joined UK based company named XXX PLC on 3rd March 2018. Everything was going fine until the circumstances came to me. On 13th September I went for the shift but my Project manager has asked me to stay for an hour due to some sudden announcement. They have gathered all staff and announced that due to some issues
THEY ENDED THE CONTRACT WITH XXX INDIA AND THEY WILL HAND US OVER TO ANOTHER COMPANY (IMS PEOPLE), THEY HAVE REMOVED US FROM THE COMPANY PAYROLL AS WELL. IN MY CONTRACT IT WAS NOT MENTIONED THAT THEY CAN TRANSFER US TO ANY COMPANY. SO I HAVE SIMPLY ASKED THEM FOR MY 13 DAYS + 1 MONTH COMPENSATION + 15 DAYS LEAVE PENDING SALARY.
They are ready to pay my 13 days salary but I denied. I asked them for my total amount as per above calculations.
I have mailed them each and everything but they are in UK and not replying me back.
Can you please advise me for the further leagl process.

There is no mention about the post you held. Better make a complaint to the Labour Officer of your area.
Dear Mr Rajendra, you were in Employment from 03/03/2018 to 13/09/2018.How you are eligible for 15 days days Leave Salary?
If the company has Terminated your Service you are eligible for Notice Pay as mentioned in your Appointment Letter.

Same thing have been mentioned in contract
