Is it important to write about behaviour and discipline in appointment letter as it is already a part of HR manual?If so please share an appointment letter format containing this point.

It is not necessary to write about behaviour and discipline in appointment letter but please mention the clause stating the companies standing order is applicable to the employee. Also, ensure to have all the necessary points on behaviour and discipline in the companies standing order.
