Workshop methodology is based on experiential learning method, session is packed with group exercises, role plays, case scenarios, videos and mock investigation.
Besides this, you will get to meet other HR officials/ICC members for other organisations, hence it will be a good knowledge sharing session and you will receive a Certificate of participation for the organisation and MasterTrainer Certificate for the participant, accredited by Federation of Industry Trade & Services besides the entire training material.

Faculty Details
Vishal Bhasin, a law and Business Post Graduate with experience of over 15 years. He is a well known trainer in this domain of compliance and have been leading on sessions like Sexual Harassment at Workplace, Gender Sensitisation, Equality, Diversity & Inclusions, Workplace Unconscious Bias Prevention of Children against Sexual Offences (POCSO 2012). He has trained more than 20000 people on the subject of Sexual Harassment at Workplace and has catered to organisations like: Reserve Bank of India, Nestle, Amul, National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI), Aircel, Maruti, Toyota, Honda, Yamaha Motors, Crompton Greaves, Abbott, JRF Online, M Modal, National Australian Bank, UCO Bank, Swarovski, UPL Ltd, Centre for Aviation, Connell Bros., British High Commission, ATOS, Study Overseas Global, NIFT and many other organisations. Vishal also happens to be an external person on Internal Committee for over 20 big private/public sector organisations and thus brings along lot of practical experience.

The Committee constituted under Secion-4 and Section-7, of the aforesaid Act shall be known respectively as "Internal Committee (IC); and Local Committee (LC), whreever they so mentioned in the Text of the "Sexual Harassmsnt of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013" and the Central Rules framed there under and gazetted on 9.12.2013
