I have recently joined an IT company as HR Manager and higher management want me to enroll or initiate HR policies and activities effectively from scratch as management has decided for expansion now. I have been working with settled company till now. I have experience to take forward the action as an HR however not expertise to initiate from scratch.
Please suggest me the best practice to initiate the policies in terms of performance analyzing, overall grooming of employee, Incentives plan( If possible for IT person), Fun activity..etc..
