With respect to my attrition analysis I decided to do some employee surveys as per attached formats. Now I am receiving responses from the employees but my concern is that how do I measure the same to represent data in front of management.

please try to understand the concept and effect of Diagnostic study and survey exercise you are aiming. Secondly, the instrument you are going to use for finding is not only adequate, it is incomplete as well.Please speak to your management and get his concurrence , his ownership specially to do corrections where needed after survey findings.Most of the time , it so happens that survey findings stay unsettled in your office like untouchable thing not even discussed by senior management.
