As part of GOI recruitment and reservations rules, sc/st candidates are recruited as per relaxed norms. We are a Central PSU and have received a caste certificate with caste mentioned as 'Boudha'. However, the 'Boudha' caste does not appear in the list of castes/tribes for which relaxation may be granted. A quick search on the ministry of social justice website also shows 'Boudha' caste is not included in the list, however, the list was last updated in 2017. Was hoping to reach out to the community in case anybody could shed more light on the issue and perhaps supply the latest list of scheduled castes/tribes. TIA
