What is the act for Maternity Leave if an employee is on contract (Third Party Roll). I mean, if an employee who is working on a third party roll, is she entitled for benefit of Maternity Leave? Please guide/advise on the same.

Third party muster roll means she is already covered under the ESI under the contractor ESI code, so where is the issue, ESI membership is enough to cater the needs of medical and leave benefits related to maternity provided the criteria is fulfilled by the IP
Either way -ESIC or Maternity benefits Act would have covered this lady,if all other conditions of applicability of MB Act.minimum days of service etc were fulfilled.
Yes, she is covered under MB act if she fills all the requirement of MB act entitlement.
