Please help my as my wife is pregnant and it's the last month of the pregnancy and 4 days before my wife was under pain for whole night and then I took her to the doctor and doctor told her for the total bed rest I informed to my AM and my Manager for the same over the what's app I got msg from my manager today that they will be absconding me as I have not informed and forcing me to come office I have already informed them the situation but my AM is saying that I will not consider you in my team and sent the mail for same to manager to remove from his team as it's a BPO.
And every time not this time only when I told him that I will not be able to come to office today he divert me towards the manager who is not supporting even though the higher management is also not supporting at all I am totally harassed by them and now I know if I will give them notice they will be harassed me and put some unwanted threat on me so that I will discontinue and leave my experience letter as I have more than 3 year of experience even last time when I tried to go again the. They called one of there HR and said they will RTHR Me or will do my demotion I have a clear record so far only some absenteeism are there due to my mom health issue and for that I have done all the documentation which is required.
So please help me In this and please also confirm me if there is any way that I can get my experience letter without the notice period and what all legal suit and action I can file against the company. 11th September 2018 From India, Delhi
