I am a HR manager for a finance company in India. I have been facing difficulties in recruiting manpower over the past 3 months. I am getting CV from variable sources but few only coming for Interview and even few of them got offer letter they are not joining...The reason quoting by them is your company doesn't have much brand value... Request to suggest how to complete Hiring process in this scenario.
