as all job aspirants are facing problem regarding salary and welfare benefits.
some automotive company have good package design for jr exe.. level to Gm level ..and some company dont have basic welfare as well..
so am inviting all you for this discussion.. if any one can provide salary details of any of Automotive company...it will great help for me.
