This regarding the Previous PF account Transfer. I have been worked IT firm since 2013 and i got new opportunity in another manufacturing company on July 02 2018 as Joining Date. I have submitted the resignation letter on 19 Jun. Actual Notice period is 2 Months but i have negotiated with my PM and HR but no one can release the short period. I have discontinued the Job and joined the new organisation.
The present employer told me no need to submit the service letter. We are hiring you on fresher for this position. That is not the problem for me. But previous employer has been updated the my EPF account DOE as 31/Jul/2018. But I have already joined new org on 02 July 2018. While i have submitting the PF transfer request in online there is error box showed. Previous information not matched. Please give me suggestion for this issue.

I am getting error like details of previous employer not matching with present employer while transferring the PF amount through online. please help me with now what to do?.
I have been repeatedly trying to transfer amount from previous account, but every time after entering all the details, the OTP button is disabled. All my contact details are updated properly, yet unable to click on the "get OTP" button.
Please help in resolving this matter.
