How to change the EPFO contact details of an employee

Dear Team,
Can some one help me out to change the contact number given in EPFO.
If an employee lost the mobile number given in EPFO and wants to update a new mobile number whats the procedure . As the employee wants to check his balance online for which the OTP is sent to the old mobile number which he does not hold now.

If employee UAN activated you can update mobile number.you should open uan profile in epfo,click the modifiaction and update the mobile number in epfo.

go to unified member portal
go to forgot password
when it ask to send OTP to an mobile then ask to change the mobile
it will ask for more data
validate the data and validate the UAN with pan or aadhaar
OTP will be available to new number ,
SET your password now

I am getting a message as " The above information provided is not matching with the information available in the system. Kindly contact to EPFO Office"
Suggest me as how to go about on this .

means the UAN data is incorrect try to link the PAN and aadhaar data from employer portal and verify it with DSC then try again from member portal
