Dear Sir, Is there any legal implication by going with bio matrix attendance monitoring for Contract Labour.

No legal bar for such attendance maintenance.

There is no legal implications in going with biometric attendance system.
In fact it is more convenient for HR personnel to get and manage data from these kind of machines.
