Thanks for your valuable time.
As asked in my 7 years of experience I have worked in all domains except IR. I have looked after recruitment and selection, Genralist profile, Administration, Employee engagement, Salary & wage's calculation, Statutory compliances, Fatal & Non-Fatal cases, CSR activities, etc. I recently joined 1 month back in Core Compliances team and therefore i need assistance as to what else i should pursue to make it in compliances domain that would be fruitful for my growth & Career.

As per my knowledge, HR Manager and above will be benift and growthful carreer. Since you had experience enough in all the core work of HR you are very much eligible in this industry. Try to adapt the knowledge in your current work.
since you have experience you can try to moov on the same company for profile which can include all the other HR Work(asst/HR Manager) so on or you can even try to get similar jobs in other company. meanwhile CiteHR is really helpful website which can feed us all other knowledge which we should required.
you can go thorugh similar platforms where you will get HR Domain Knowledge because only experience cannot help us to solve the future problems. It will give us insight how and when to solve critical issues. Knowledge/Skill is essential and communication is also.
