Minimum salary for Graduate and above at Delhi presently - is minimum wages applicable?

I am charu working with Insurance brokers from last 1 year. I have done post graduate in MA, currently I am getting Rs 15000. I have mail to my admin department for increment as I have completed my one year in organization. Could you please advice us the minimum salary for graduate and above in Delhi.

Dear Ms Charu,
The current applicable minimum salary for Graduate and above is Rs. 18332.00 (wef 01st Apr.'2018).
Pls check and let us know, if there is any deduction towards PF, ESI, Mediclaim and other benefits.
Pls find attached the notification issued by the Labour Dept.
