Need your help, one of my friend resigned from company. this was mass resignation all team member resigned. They all are agree for survive notice period. And company OK with them. But company will not be ready for pay salary on monthly basis. They said we will settle your salary in your Full and final..and They have 3 months notice period...so just want to ask this is legal we can stop 3 months salary of employee without any reason?
Most companies does hold the entire salary for 3 months Incase an employee is serving notice period. In some companies hold the last month salary and settle it in ffs as mentioned in your appointment letter.
My advise is talk to the HR and discuss that it is impossible to run a family without salary for 3 month and request them to release at least half of the salary . Another suggestion is that you can raise a salary advance in lieu of your hold salary.
