My advise is talk to the HR and discuss that it is impossible to run a family without salary for 3 month and request them to release at least half of the salary . Another suggestion is that you can raise a salary advance in lieu of your hold salary.

prabhakaranjohnMay be so one has to raise PLI since running family without salary for 3 months is difficult. Either you release him in less time say a month or so else pay his salary and hold the last month salary.
