H!!! here i found some formats which are related to Admin and these formats do not cover the topic. My requirement is - Admin presentation should be accounts figures - topic contains mainly Utilities which always fixed no matter business condition - ie rent, electricity bills etc. Than other desk - Travel Management, Govt Liasioning fees and expenses, Transport management, Stationery, House keeping, Mobile Bills ( Or Other Topics which management has given you responsibilities).
All these topics don't require expense figures--- this can be taken from accounts by anyone. you should have present it in controlled manner. Example... How many nights you booked in company guest house and what is the hotel cost, this will give idea how much we are saving.... I hope i have conveyed my Message in term of a ADMIN
