I am looking after the out sourced contractual security services in my institute.
The total strength of Contractual security guards are 225.
Every time the contractor comes with different formula , while calculating the monthly salary bill of the security guards.I do know that he is trying to make fool of the system.
I am trying my best to ensure that the security guards on contract get their hard earned money properly.
Can anyone of you ,please guide me how to calculate the monthly wages of security guards, wheather it should be 26 days or 31 days ?
Including the PF , ESIC and Bonus.
For ex : 612 is the minimum wages rate for the watch and ward duties.
If a guard works for 26 days , what should be his wages , How to include the paid rest holidays?
Kindly brief with the calculation formula and also a sample wage slip giving full details of the wage break up .
