* Can leave policy for applying PL/EL be fixed such as PL/EL should be availed for 3 or more days only? In case of leave for less than 3 days CL or SL can only be availed. If an employee have exhausted their CL and SL and there is a need to avail leave for 1 or 2 days it comes under loss of pay even though they might have their PL/EL. Can we follow this policy? Please advice.
* Also please advice on the ways to come up with leave policy to bring down employee absenteeism?
