Here is My Time line Please help to find out whether I am eligible for Gratuity or not?
30 July 2010 Date of Joining as Diploma Trainee
30 July 2011 Completed Training Period working as Junior Engineer
30 July 2012 Completed Probation period working as Junior Engineer
07 Jan 2015 Applied for study leave and Office approved for study leave of 3 years unpaid leave as per company policy
01 Jan 2018 Joined back to company as Junior Engineer
16 Aug 2018 Submitted resignation and serving 1 month notice period
15 Sep 2018 Last working day
Including (Training + Probation + Study leave) - 8 Years 1 month 16 days service
Excluding (Study leave) and Including (Training + Probation) - 5 Year 1 month 8 days service
Excluding (Training, Study leave) and Including (Probation) - 4 Year 1 month 8 days service
Excluding (Training + Probation + Study leave) - 3 Year 1 month 8 days service
Am I eligible for GRATUITY Please help me with your inputs are any supporting information or links
