Hi, Joiners leaving so early is indication of poor hiring strategy/decision to begin with. You can analyze the reasons through checking exit interview forms/interviews.
Maybe you need to improve your induction sessions to boost the morale of new joiners and perhaps you need to explain them benefits of the job along with policies in detail.
