Respected All,
I was told by someone that there was a provision under EPF & MP Act, 1952 which exempts the newly established establishments for the first 5 years for taking registration under EPF & MP Act, 1952 and during this period the establishment will be treated as non-coverable establishment and during this period the establishment will be not liable for contribution towards EPF in respect of it's employees, even if the establishment is having more than 20 employees or it recruits any existing member, which I opposed to that concern as I was not aware about any such provision!
But, the point was striking in my mind and I tried to find that provision but was fail to do so.
Can anyone put some light on this point?
Thanks in advance.
