Rahul ChhabraBackground checks are not standard at all. Every organisation has their own criteria of conducting checks and it may differ basis roles, function etc. There is no surety whether that particular employment and other details will be touched in the Bgv or not.

Usually the last two employments are considered for back ground check.
You therefore do not have to worry.
On the other hand it would be better for you to openly discuss with the HR of the new company and openly tell him the truth. This I am sure will be much appreciated and will also put your mind to rest.
