1. XYZ is pvt. ltd. company. There are less than 10 employees but all are not covered under ESIC Act . If two female employees are pregnant, will the employer be liable to play maternity leaves to them and file annual return?
2. In second case, employees are more than 10 but if none of the employees are eligible to get maternity benefit, will the employer still be liable to file annual return?
