Fantastic training on interview handling skills
Hello all a few days back i attended one training on interview handling skills. it was on how to conduct an interview. the faculty of the training programme was mr dinesh divekar. i liked the training programme because of his simple and lucid style and also because of his insight. initially i was a little apprehensive as i am from sales and thought this programme could be hr oriented. however nothing like that. the training was useful to one and all. this training cleared my so many misconceptions about interview handling. the masterpiece of the programme was on calculating the cost of wrong or poor recruitment. hardly any participant had thought of the costs involved in the recruitment. i have seen salespeople talking about revenue generation. however i learnt a new perspective altogether. you can approach him at 91 9900155394 or dineshdivekaryahoo.com deepak datar 0932129968

Share your experience in making training more impact full & result oriented
Could you please help in sharing your experience in making training more impact full & result oriented. we are mid sized company with heterogeneous group from various filed like pharma engineering science commerce various levels like graduates pgphd etc. conventional training prog. are not showing any bigger impact & hence we want to shift to role play. please share your experience on people acceptance & responses to role play . i don t want it to be view as a satire. what we see & feel we remember more that s why i am opting for this method. problem we are going to address is about behavior at leadership role that cause lesser productivity low moral high attrition in a team. we are focusing to include team leaders & managers who have a team of 4 to 30 people . i don t want this initiative to back fire. shall i go with this idea or could you suggest any other way to make training program result oriented & high impact.

Retaining talent always on a lookout for something better - any strategies which may help?
Dear hr professionals i am currently studying hrm for my post graduation and needed some expert opinion on the following topic: since the market is growing fresh graduates and young professionals have a wide range of opportunities in front of them. brimming with talent they are always on a lookout for something better. this has lead to an increased rate of early attrition and job hopping which is strenuous for hr professionals and the organization as a whole. please suggest any strategies which may help in retaining talent and addressing these areas. shreya saini
