This is Jiten, I had given resignation with 30 days of notice period to the company which was 15 May 2018 to 15 June 2018, The company HR has assured me for FNF After 45 days from my last day at the work place, but now it's more than 45 days which is bit of a concern to me. I had emailed them about this but they hadn't replied my email back neither they r answering my call nor my text msg. I am afraid n want some suggestions about how should I proceed with further action which can create a pressure to the company for settling My FNF. Plz help so that I can play safe .

Srinath Sai Ram,
Sir, my 15 days salary of last 15 at company is still balance with the company n the leave which I hadn't took which is 15 days for which I will be paid back. I also had 18 days half day and food expenses for those 18 days which i had worked before giving my resignation which is pending since November 2017. Sir plz show me a path to deal with this situation .

Hi
You need to draft a letter addressed to the HR in the first instance and wait for a week before you follow up again with another letter [if not resolved] with cc to the Management including your reporting manager and the top guys running the show. Be polite and request them to settle the dues as considerable time has passed and you are yet to get the dues. You need to have the documentary proof even if it escalates to the next level wherein you might look for legal action, if required.
Thanks and Regards

I resigned from a company on 26 May 2019 and served full month notice period as per terms of my Appointment Letter. I was relieved on my last working day 26 June 2019 and in the relieving letter it was mentioned "The Company has relieved you of all your obligation to the company".
On 26 July i received an email by GM HR giving detail of FnF settlement and an whatsapp image of the FnF cheque.
Later on 03 August again i received an whatsapp image by GM HR in which on my FnF settlement paper someone write without sign "hold till we get all our payments".
Now they have withholded my FnF and other claim bills, please tell me what to do to get my FnF dues and claim dues.
