Dear Team,
I am working in Education Industry recently one candidates had joined the organization we had given offer letter as well as an appointment letter but after 1 week she had left the organization without informing so what action will be taken. please help

Forcing such people is not worth it
But review the reasons and also whether such exits are common
Further to Mr. Nathrao's advice, please call the candidate for an exit interview to ascertain the reasons behind her early exit. If such exits happen too often it would be wise to introspect the policies and working conditions/ambiance of the organization.
