Dear Nirmali,

You seem to be inquiring about the leaves entitled to an NBFC in the state of Assam. NBFCs are covered under the Shops and Establishment Act. As per the Assam Shops and Establishment Act, every employee is entitled to 16 EL, 6 CL, and 6 SL post completion of 12 months of continuous service in an establishment.
