Some of our employees are unable to withdraw from their PF accounts on account of the fact that they are illiterate. They opened their accounts with their thumb prints and cannot sign their names.
"Jo employee bank m apna Angootha lagate h or unko cheque issue nahi kiya j sakta to vo employee kis tarah se apna pf nikalege.

Such employees must have had their bank passbook issued with a verified photograph. Please have their KYC pdated with passbook records, aadhaar and PAN. This should suffice.

or D.O.B change k liye joint declaration form (proof include - aadhar card , pancard ) bhi dene k baad form -19 reject ho gaya .
