Shaik is the surname and Ahmad is the given name. The person is from Telugu state of India. The study certificates contain Shaik Ahmad everywhere. But now wherever he fills online applications (ITR filing, Domestic gas, Passport etc.) his name appears as Ahmad Shaik in the soft copy or print out. Some people have been saying this may be problematic.
Kindly suggest as per the law could this really be problematic? If yes, how to solve this problem?
