I applied online EPF on July 9, 2018. Now the status reflects as 'claim settled' but no amount has been credited to my Bank account. The problem is that when I upload my KYC details to UAN portal my account number was incorrect. EPF seems to have taken that account only for transfer the amount. Now I have uploaded correctly but amount is still not credited. It is showing claim settled like that only.
What should I do in such circumstances?

Online KYC is updated by employees and employers need to verify and approve the same. In case your previous account details were incorrect, please upload the correct details again on the unified portal and ask your company HR to verify it.
As your claim was not credited to your bank account, you should connect with the concerned PF authority and discuss the matter with them. In such a case, the online status generally shows "claim settled but returned due to incorrect account details". Most probably they will ask you to apply for withdrawal once again by filling up the forms. The amount though not paid to you, must also be showing in your form 26 as.

after DSC verification of correct bank details, by employer, the department will handover a "re-issue" form to be filled and signed by both employee and employer jointly, and annex a cancelled cheque with it.
such amounts goes to suspense account after the mismatch and it needs a couple of formalities to be completed for re-generation
