Laptop for office use
Hi friends kindly sort out my task assigned by my management. recently we purchased 10 nos. of laptop for our office use. actually we plan to give all senior staffs who have been working in our office. they have more task/assignment on their projects not have time to complete within office working hours. soour management planned to give laptop to them to continue work even in home of taking laptop. as of now laptop has been circulated to all staffs but management need assurance from staffs of returning back laptop during their termination period or some other cases. so i need a sample format for giving laptop to staffs and getting bond or agreement signed by staffs. i expect you all to give valuable suggestions at the earliest. thanks & regards k.saravana executive hr

Hi all i am an hr executive working in dubai. i am planning to introduce a self accomplishment file for the staffs where they can save their achievements and such things at the end of the appraisal cycle which would be submitted to the managers for review. this would make the managers more efficient to write the employee s positives and negatives. also it would not underestimate the staffs by leaving out any of their achievements since all would be saved/recorded. can you pls guide me on how this can be done systematically?
