I am working in private company since 9 months. I want to know about maternity details like leave, benefits, hospitals n all. how to apply for maternity leave.

You can approach your Manager/ employer with your details and he shall initiate the leave procedure.
Does your employer have ESIC, benefit under maternity benefit act is provided by ESI also.
Or else employer shall suggest the hospital to attend and get treated.
