If any other function is carried out by the HRD personnel please add the same. Please provide with the end to end activity carried out under the said function.
As per the Statutory compliance, do provide with the list of (records/ returns/ register) are maintained under the Factory act with the forms and their due date, contribution and percentage.
As for the current year Please provide with the no change or latest amendment in the various labour laws as applicable to shop and establishment and factory act.

For information on end to end activity, you may refer Google. Additionally, you have written one of the functions as Employee Relations. However, we have moved to Employee Engagement.
Lastly, organising "Formal Mentoring Programme" (Mentoring) is also important HR function. However, it is not executed in many companies. Going further, there is either distortion of this function or it is often lumped with coaching. Lumping has diluted it's individuality.
