I want to know that due to my pregnancy the company had given me leave but have denied to get me joined back. They have agreed to pay me 6 months salary which they have hold since i have gone on leave from the 9th month of my pregnancy. My gross salary is 56000 per month where the company deducts prof. Tax Rs.200/- and TDS.
My maternity leave ended on 12th June and still they have not paid me anything nor had let me rejoin.
My queries are:
How much amount shall i get from the company? Since they have not paid till date n is giving me excuse that the amount is huge so it is taking time in processing. Shall I demand salary till the day they r confirming that payment getting done tomorrow or there is no such rule?
What to be done as they are asking me to send a resignation letter. They had asked it earlier but i hv denied stating first you pay the hold salary n then we will talk about resignation. I have been associated with them for 1.5 yrs.
