I am working as a HR in a Telecom - Partnership based company with up to 10-15 employees.
So can anyone suggest or help me how can I make a Salary sleep for my employees as I am following Below Format .
For Example - "A" Employee
Basic Pay 6500/Basic 50%
House Rent Allowance 3250/50% of Basic
Dearness Allowance 650/5 % of CTC
Transport Allowance 1600/ A month Fix
Other Allowances 1000 / To sum up or Rest Balance
Total 13000 Cash or Cheque
Is that right or Do i have to follow any other format ?
Please help me to make it correct way according to Rules & Regulation.
As we are not paying PF, ESIC OR any other benefits also We are not Deduction PT as well.
