Please note that 30 working days are required in a financial year, not pay days. Since he has been paid for 30 days but his actual working days are only 26, he do not qualify / eligible for payment of Bonus.

The query is from security agency, where guards are working for whole month, and is paid accordingly, If he has worked including weekly off, then also he is not eligible for bonus.Pls kindly clear the doubt. Why a guard be deprived of bonus if works throught out month.

In security agencies too, weekly offs are marked at least in records, if not physical. You can go through section 8 and there is no doubt at all.
